JWI Academic Conference: The Moral Ground of Rights of Property

On Friday, May 10, the James Wilson Institute will be holding a one-day academic conference on natural law and a free economy--specifically, the moral ground of rights of property. Prof. Robert Miller (University of Iowa Law School) and Prof. Eric Claeys (Scalia School of Law at George Mason University) will be leading the conference. Prof. Arkes will make introductory remarks and frame the key issues. Prof. Claeys will present a paper, followed by Prof. Miller on his paper. The group will share discussion throughout the day on some notable, classic cases that have shaped our jurisprudence on property as well.
