Carrie Severino is President of the Judicial Crisis Network President of the Judicial Crisis Network. and co-author of the bestselling book Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Court. A former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas at the U.S. Supreme Court, she has testified before Congress on constitutional questions and briefed Senators on judicial nominations, and regularly files briefs in high-profile Supreme Court cases.
Adam White is is an assistant professor of law at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, and he directs the law school’s C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State. He also is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. Previously he practiced regulatory and constitutional law with two law firms after clerking for Judge David Sentelle on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C Circuit.
