On the eve of the start of the Supreme Court's OT 2020, JWI had the pleasure of hosting a webinar with David Crawford of the John Paul II Institute who was instrumental in drafting an excellent amicus brief in the Bostock case. The title of our event sprung from Crawford's luminous essay reacting to Justice Gorsuch's opinion. Crawford will offer his views on the opinion and what the decision portends for our law. Profs. Arkes and Crawford discussed what we can expect from other future cases on Transgenderism.
