Adie Schlenker

Adie Schlenker is a student at South Texas College of Law Houston, set to graduate in May 2025. She serves as a research assistant to Professor Josh Blackman and is president of the STCL Student Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. Adie is also on the moot court team and the Law Review. She previously interned at First Liberty Institute and for Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. An alumna of the 2024 Blackstone Fellowship, Adie will clerk for Judge Reed C. O’Connor in August 2025 and Judge James C. Ho in August 2027, with a role as a Gregory S. Coleman Fellow in between at the Texas Office of the Attorney General. She earned her bachelor’s in Government with a minor in Philosophy of Law from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022 and worked as a personal assistant to Dinesh D’Souza from 2021 to 2023. Adie aims to pursue a career in public interest, focusing on defending religious freedom.
