Brady Marzen is a third-year student at Georgetown Law, where he serves as President of its Federalist Society. He will be a spring 2025 law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Appellate Staff, and he previously worked as a law clerk for Torridon Law PLLC. Mr. Marzen served as a full-time legal staffer first for Speaker Kevin McCarthy and then for the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means. In these roles, he focused on the impeachment inquiries into President Joseph Biden and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Mr. Marzen also interned for the Honorable Stephen A. Vaden of the U.S. Court of International Trade, and he is a Georgetown Center for the Constitution Bradley Scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Marzen worked for Governor Chris Christie, interned for the White House National Economic Council and National Security Council, and served as Chairman of the D.C. Federation of College Republicans. He is a New York City native and a graduate of the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service.
