Conor Harvey
Conor Harvey is an associate at Murphy Ball Stratton LLP in Houston, Texas, where his practice includes civil litigation, white-collar defense, and appeals. He previously served as chief law clerk to Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and to Justice Jimmy Blacklock of the Supreme Court of Texas. In 2024, Governor Greg Abbott appointed Conor to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement; a state agency of nearly one hundred employees which sets and enforces standards that ensure the people of Texas are served by highly trained and ethical law enforcement, corrections, and telecommunications personnel. Conor holds a B.P.A. in public administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
