On Monday, September 8th, the James Wilson Institute will host our third Leadership & the Law Awards Gala to honor the lifetime achievements of our Founder and Co-Director, Professor Hadley Arkes.

In his 50 years at Amherst College, Professor Arkes educated generations of leaders, statesmen, and citizens who have altered the course of American political life. Through his scholarship and 8 published books, he has offered a vision of America that has reclaimed her founding principles, and he has swayed many minds toward protecting innocent life in the womb. As the Founder and Co-Director of the James Wilson Institute, he has helped to shape the next generation of lawyers and judges, those who will influence the most important debates of our time.

For his influence, scholarship, and dedication to first principles, we are delighted to honor Professor Arkes with our third James Wilson Institute Leadership & the Law Award.
