Notre Dame law and graduate students are invited to join us in exploring the moral truths which undergird our laws. Led by Professor Hadley Arkes, this seminar will serve as an introduction to the inextricable linkage between law and morality and will offer a consideration of the practical implications necessarily drawn from this connection, particularly with regard to modern legal questions.
The program will consist of four Socratic sessions and will be followed by a closing dinner.
