Don’t miss our upcoming webinar, “The Two Sexes are Not Fungible” featuring Elle Rogers.

In this collaborative Zoom webinar between the James Wilson Institute and the Center on Religion, Culture, and Democracy, attorney Elle Rogers will make the argument against transgender-inclusive sports. She will explore the points at which the real differences between men and women justify separate programs to preserve the safety and dignity of athletes. After the presentation, the floor will be open to audience questions.

The presentation is based on Elle's article at the Texas Review of Law & Politics, which may be read here.

CLE credit is being applied for this webinar in Texas and Virginia.
