Join the James Wilson Institute and The Center for Religion, Culture, and Democracy as it hosts Josh Turner, Chief of Constitutional Litigation and Policy for the State of Idaho, as he discusses the Supreme Court's decision in Idaho, Moyle v. United States and what it means going forward. Josh argued the case and will share his unique perspective from all stages of the litigation.

Josh grew up in Wisconsin and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Josh then attended Liberty University School of Law in Virginia, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as President of the school's Federalist Society chapter and was a fellow with the James Wilson Institute. After graduating from Liberty Law in 2015, Josh clerked for Judge Lavenski Smith in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Arkansas and then clerked for Judge Leon Holmes in the Eastern District of Arkansas. He transitioned to private practice with Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP for four years before joining the Idaho Office of Attorney General in March 2023. He served as Acting Solicitor General of Idaho for a period of time and now serves as the Chief of Constitutional Litigation and Policy for the State of Idaho.
