Garrett Anderson clerks for Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Prior to clerking, Garrett served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Constitutional Offices Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office where he represented Ohio’s officeholders and offices in high-profile and politically sensitive litigation. He also served in the Office's Executive Agencies Section, where he prosecuted numerous administrative proceedings and represented Ohio’s agencies, boards, and commissions. Garrett graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School, where he was a staff member for Capital’s Law Review. He also graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Garrett is currently a Fellow with the Ohio State Bar Foundation and serves on the city of Dublin, Ohio’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
