Halle Kissell
Halle Kissell is a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. Langholz of the Iowa Court of Appeals. She graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as the President of Iowa Law's Student Chapter of the Christian Legal Society and Note & Comment Editor for the Iowa Law Review. During law school, Halle was a judicial extern to the Honorable C.J. Williams of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa and an intern at the Senate Judiciary Committee for Senator Chuck Grassley. Before law school, Halle graduated magna cum laude from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Systems.
