Jacob Hibbard
Jacob Hibbard graduated from Brigham Young University Law School in 2024, magna cum laude, and is an incoming law clerk to the Honorable James C. Ho of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Following his clerkship with Judge Ho, he will clerk for the Honorable Brantley Starr of the Northern District of Texas for the 2025 Term. After clerking, Jacob will join the litigation group at McDermott Will & Emery in Dallas. Jacob and his wife, Chloe, are parents to 4 children and enjoy spending time outdoors, playing and watching sports, and cooking together.
