Maguire Radosevic graduated in 2024 from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and will next clerk for Chief Judge Stephen Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and Judge Lawrence VanDyke of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. At Berkeley, Maguire served as President of the Federalist Society and as a research assistant to Professors John Yoo and Orin Kerr. He worked as a legal intern at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and as a summer associate in the Newport Beach, California office of Irell & Manella LLP. He also externed for Judge William Lafferty of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Maguire graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Truman State University with a B.A. in economics and a B.S. in mathematics.
