Naomi Franklin is a 3L at the University of Kansas School of Law. Following graduation, she will clerk for Judge John Bush on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Raymond Gruender on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. At KU Law, Naomi serves as President of the Federalist Society and a member of the Kansas Law Review Executive Board. During this spring semester, she will work as a paid extern for the Missouri Solicitor General’s office. Over the course of her 2L year, she externed for Judge Holly Teeter of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. During her 1L and 2L summers, Naomi worked as a summer associate in the St. Louis office of BCLP. She holds a B.M. with highest distinction from the Eastman School of Music and an M.M. from Lynn University Conservatory of Music, where she majored in classical flute performance.
