Originally from Orange County, California, Paul is currently clerking for Judge Daniel A. Manion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, after clerking for Chief Judge J. Leon Holmes of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. He received a J.D., summa cum laude, from the Dale E.
