Pierce Babirak
Pierce Babirak is a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Alice M. Batchelder, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff to the president of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) in Washington, D.C. He is a former Teach for America corps member and Capitol Hill policy consultant. Pierce holds a B.A. in history from Grove City College, an M.S.E.d. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
