Rebecca Furdek currently serves as Counsel to the Solicitor at the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to government service, she worked as a litigation and government enforcement associate at Baker McKenzie in Washington, DC, and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Reed O'Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as an Editor on the Minnesota Law Review, a National Symposium Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, President of the Federalist Society chapter, and as a law clerk on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Rebecca also holds a B.S. in Piano Performance and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
