Steven Hough

Steven C. Hough is a Trial Attorney with the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Hough practiced as an associate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City and Abrams & Bayliss LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Hough clerked for United States Circuit Judge Jerome A. Holmes on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and United States District Judge James Knoll Gardner on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hough earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Senior Editor on the Law Review, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with Distinction in three years of study, and holds a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
