Tierney Gill

Tierney Gill has over a decade of experience in state government and public policy across the executive and judicial branches. After earning her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, she clerked for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. During law school, she interned for Chief Justice Ziegler, worked for Wisconsin's Director of State Courts, and completed a clerkship with a major utility company. Before law school, Tierney was Communications Manager for Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch, a policy analyst for the Department of Workforce Development, and served on the Board of Administrative Oversight under the State Office of Lawyer Regulation - which she continued to serve in during her time at law school. Appointed by Governor Scott Walker, she chaired committees on the Juvenile Justice Commission which, among other things, helped allocate federal funds to programs. Tierney graduated cum laude from Wisconsin Lutheran College with degrees in American History and Business Administration, where she held leadership roles in political organizations and the pro-life movement.
