William Olmstead

William Olmstead is a 3L at the Cleveland State University College of Law, where he is Chief Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and Vice Chairman of the Cleveland State Moot Court Team. William previously worked as a summer associate at Jones Day in Cleveland and as an extern for the Honorable J. Philip Calabrese in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. After graduation, William will clerk for the Honorable Benita Y. Pearson, also in the Northern District of Ohio. William is a native of Cleveland and a graduate of Saint Ignatius High School and Fordham University, where he played rugby and earned a B.A. in Literature. Prior to law school, he spent a decade as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army with deployments to Iraq and the Middle East.
